Morning Discussion

A cold front will depart the region today while an area of high pressure builds in for the remainder of the forecast period. The front will prompt mostly cloudy skies early today along with a few stray showers and maybe even a rumble of thunder. The risk of precipitation will come to an end early as the front pushes offshore. Breaks of sun will become more frequent as the day progresses, becoming mostly sunny by sunset. Skies will be mostly clear overnight as the more stable high pressure region centered over the Great Lakes builds into New England. Skies will be mostly sunny but conditions will be cooler as a more mild air mass builds in.
